Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order, but please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. If items are out of stock, you shall be notified by phone or e-mail, and you will receive your goods within 28 days (this is due to long lead times on re-order of these products)

COST: All orders incur a delivery fee. Postage fee varies for domestic and international orders.


DOMESTIC ORDERS FOR THE UK CUSTOMERS

In order to ensure your order is delivered to your door safely and accurately we post all orders to our customers via tracked and signed for delivery service, you may request tracking number for your order once it has been dispatched. Orders placed before 1pm UK time will be dispatched same day for the next working day (Monday to Friday) delivery in the UK; a non-refundable fee is payable for this service. If you require Saturday delivery service then surcharge is payable on top of this postage fee.

Please note in the event of Bank Holiday Monday, orders will only be dispatched on the next available working day.

DELIVERY SERVICE FOR THE U.S. CUSTOMERS

In order to ensure your order is delivered to your door safely and accurately we post all orders to our customers via Fedex Express International Priority delivery service for U.S. and Canadian customers, which means you get your item via tracked and signed for delivery service, you may request tracking number for your order once it has been dispatched. Orders placed before 1.00pm UK time will be dispatched same day which enable your order delivery to your door by ideally next day (Monday to Friday) in the U.S.; a non-refundable fee is payable for this service. If you require Saturday delivery service then a surcharge fee is payable on top of normal shipping fee. If you wish to receive your goods using non-express service then you may choose standard Royal Mail delivery service, it takes 3 to 5 working days.

Due to the nature of our goods all items are sold as seen, No Return and No Exchange. Therefore no refunds for any order.

We offer exclusive custom made designs/limited edition collections to customers therefore we do not stock high volumes of any particular design. As all items on our website are accurately described and shown we advise customers to ensure the items they pick are carefully considered before purchasing.

ORDERING ERRORS

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on the Delivery Service page of our ordering process, once you select a delivery service, tick a checkbox to confirm our terms and conditions and submit, our system will not allow you to change anything, You will only have option to pay or exit without paying, if you wish to change error on your order you may exit and restart the process.


DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded.
All international shipments are sent via Fedex Express. Domestic shipments are charged as published on Royal Mail tariff.
